Athlete at Heart
My journey in fitness began as a child, fueled by a passion for sports. From 10+ years in the gym to 10 years on the football field, 8 years of running on track and street, and even 5 years of American football, I've experienced firsthand the transformative power of an active lifestyle.
Knowledge is Power
While my Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences and Fitness and Endurance Trainer licenses provided a solid foundation, it's the countless hours spent in the gym, on the sports field, and poring over research that have truly shaped my expertise. Over a decade of hands-on experience and a relentless pursuit of knowledge have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the human body and its potential.

Work philosophy
Today, my work focuses on helping people build a strong and balanced life through structured training, smart nutrition, psychological guidance, and sustainable habits.
I prioritize movement quality, strength development, endurance, recovery, and long-term consistency rather than short-term results or extreme approaches.
My coaching combines strength training, running, HYROX preparation, movement analysis, and nutrition guidance, adapted to each client’s lifestyle and goals.
